When everything falls apart: the body as a safe place

There are times in life when everything seems to fall apart at once.

Home, work, relationships, emotional health… everything becomes a mix of confusion, fear and exhaustion.

At these times, it is common to try to rationally understand what is happening.

Look for quick solutions.

Force responses.

Or even blame yourself for not being able to cope.

But the first step to getting through a landslide is not in the mind.

It's in the body.

When the ground disappears, the body is the only place you can begin to rebuild safety.

Breathing, presence, small self-care choices.

Allow yourself to grieve what was lost.

And gradually recognize that this collapse could be the beginning of a more genuine reorganization.

In my work, I help you get back into your body when everything outside and inside seems to be falling apart.

This is where the next choices with more awareness, authenticity, depth and intensity come from.
