The space where therapist and client truly meet.
There is a silent space that opens up in each therapeutic encounter.
It's not a technical space.
It is a space of resonance.
Resonance is when my body starts to feel what your body feels.
When your breathing changes, mine changes too.
When your system contracts, mine senses it — and if I can remain present, that presence creates space for your system to find more security.
This is the territory where true transformation happens.
Far beyond technique: the encounter between two living systems.
Therapeutic resonance does not occur between two minds that analyze.
It happens between two bodies that recognize each other,
between two nervous systems that come into communication,
between two hearts that listen to each other without judgment.
In this space, the therapist does not take the lead, interpreting or guiding.
They make themselves available, observing from the resonance, with a real presence.
This is what allows the process to be profound, safe, and transformative.
Why does resonance heal?
Because what heals is not just what is said — it's what is felt.
It is the direct experience of:
- to be seen without intrusion
- to be listened to without pressure
- to be welcomed without demands.
- to exist without needing to defend oneself.
This relational field dissolves, layer by layer, old defenses, chronic shame, and emotional loneliness.
Little by little, the body begins to trust again.
Relaxing.
Leaving the state of constant alert.
Allowing life to pulsate more freely again.
Resonance and regulation of the nervous system.
From a neurobiological point of view, resonance creates co-regulation.
The therapist's stable presence offers the client's system a safe reference point, allowing states of hyperactivation (anxiety, panic, tension) or hypoactivation (disconnection, dissociation, apathy) to find a gradual path back to equilibrium.
It is in this process that the body learns, in practice, that now there is security.
The basis of my therapeutic work.
Anchoring myself in resonance is what gives meaning to my work.
This is what transforms each session into a vibrant, unique, and profoundly human encounter.
Because more than just applying techniques, my commitment is maintain presence, allowing your own body to rediscover its natural path to healing in this safe space.
