Resonance: the space where therapist and client meet

There is a silent space that opens up in each therapeutic encounter.

It is not a space of technique — it is a space of resonance.

Resonance is when my body starts to feel what your body feels.

When your breathing changes, mine changes too.

When your system contracts, mine notices—and if I can stay present, that presence creates a space for your system to find a little more security as well.

It is in this space that true transformation happens.

Because it is not one mind “looking” at another mind.

It is one body recognizing another body.

It's the heart recognizing the heart.

Resonance allows me to accompany you from within—not with interpretations, but with presence.

It puts me beside you, not “in front” of you.

And, in this encounter, what heals is not what is said, but what is felt.

It is a movement of silent love, which dissolves layers of defense, shame and loneliness.

And little by little, the body begins to trust again.

Making space for life to pulse with more freedom.

Anchoring myself in resonance is what gives meaning to my work.

Because each session becomes unique, alive, and deeply human.
