The woman who carries everything alone: the weight of emotional performance

On the outside, she appears strong, resilient and capable of handling anything.

Inside, the body is exhausted, the mind is racing and the heart is often empty.

Many women carry this emotional performance without realizing it.

They learned that showing tiredness, asking for help, or saying something is too much can come across as weakness.

So they keep smiling, producing, taking care of everyone around them…

While they accumulate insomnia, anxiety, hidden crying fits and a feeling of loneliness that seems to have no end.

Being strong all the time became a way of surviving.

But this mode comes at a high price.

In my therapeutic work, I help women recognize this cycle.

Not to abandon responsibilities, but to create inner space, feel what is behind this automatic functioning and begin, little by little, to include yourself in your own life.

You don't have to be strong all the time.

And you don't have to remain silent within yourself either.
